My Hertz journey will not be the same if not for the opportunity given to me by Bob. He was the one who convinced me to work in Hertz Dubai. I was already a Manager at BMW In the Philippines and I am not sure what awaits me in UAE, but Bob told me that my experience and skills will be useful in the car rental business. He encouraged me and the next thing I knew, I'm already in Hertz UAE. I have learned a lot about the business from Bob and Andy. True to his words, Bob was a very supportive leader, he not only motivates us to shine but also ensures there is fun in the workplace. So many happy memories of Bob's leadership at Hertz Dubai. Even after I left Dubai, Bob never fails to greet me on special occasions. Both he and Fei have always been around to help when needed. He was not only a mentor but also a good friend.
